We are a design and building corporation established by a team of qualified Architects and Engineers, graduates of german, austrian and USA universities, specializing since 1980 in the development and construction of private houses, hotels as well as public buildings on the island of Samos and the neighbouring islands of Ikaria and Fourni.

We can therefore, offer you a complete service i.e. land purchase, design and construction as well as carrying out all the formalities in order to fulfill your "Holiday House Dreams"!

In addition, we have always at your disposal for sale small houses, villas and apartments in traditional small villages, in resorts or even in isolated areas which may prove to be idyllic for you.
